EDC 1025 Thomas Jefferson Street 7th Floor
New tenant in a second generation 16,500SF space. The space included open and private offices, a LAN room, many audio visual and communication devices, several conference rooms, a crisis room, mothers room, and a layout geared towards research, training, educational materials and strategy for national and international initiatives. The large conference room was designed to accommodate large or smaller groups and allow multiple simultaneous interactive conferences between countries to take place.

Fitout for a 10,000SF office space in Chantilly VA. The space included 2 conference rooms, a reception, galley, network room and break room with individual and open office space.

NIH - Bldg 10 ACRF - 5th Floor NINDS
Renovation of approximately 600 SF of office space for rooms 5C203B and 5C101A in Building 10 ACRF 5th Floor for NINDS Offices.
The project consisted of modifying the HVAC, lighting electrical and sprinkler systems to accommodate the new architectural layout.

Dr. Summers NIH Offices and Smoking Lounge Relocation
Client: RTKL
MEP design for the renovation of existing spaces in the ACRF and conversion into new offices and conference space. The project included the relocation of the existing smoking area outside of these offices to the east side of the CRC. Mechanical systems were modified to properly cool and ventilate the space according to the new use and equipment requirements. Electrical power and lighting systems were modified to properly serve the new offices and provide power to the new equipment. New power and lighting was provided to the new exterior smoking lounge.

Complete renovation of 13,000SF of office space in an existing building with a VAV HVAC system. The open and private office space included a LAN room with 24/7 cooling system, a call center and a large conference room. Troubleshooting assistance was provided to building owner to alleviate some equipment sound issues that impacted the tenant.

German Embassy interim Offices 2300 M St NW
Provide electrical, security, fire alarm, fire protection engineering for the temporary headquarters of the German embassy during the 4-year renovation of the Embassy. The work consisted of the renovation of 7 floors in the building and all specialty work to meet the German Government security standards.
