1511 Park Rd Condominiums
The project was a complete gut and construction of 15 condominium units in an existing structure in DC. The building is a 3 story with basement. Each unit was equipped with high efficiency split system AC units with gas fired heating, individual electric water heaters and individual washer and dryers. The entire building was protected by a wet sprinkler system and each unit individually PEPCO metered.

9th & RI NW Apartments
Rehabilitation of a group of 4 row houses located in NW Washington DC and conversion to mixed occupancy. Lower level was converted to 2 commercial spaces with upper level to residential apartments. The other 2 buildings were converted entirely to residential units. This project is under construction.

Tiverton 1121 24th Street NW
The work consisted of the complete renovation of an existing apartment building downtown DC. The building is a 4 story building with basement and included 47 apartments. All new utilities were brought in including a sprinkler system.

2110 19th St Condominium
Renovation of an existing building downtown DC. The only remaining portion of the previous building was the facade that included 4 floors. The new building included 6 floors and a penthouse to receive 35 condominium. All utilities were new including a sprinkler system. All systems and components are above conventional efficiency standards.

Parkade Condominium New Electrical service
The work consisted of replacing the electrical service in a 48 unit fully occupied condominium building and include service to replace the existing low speed elevator to an upgraded model. The work was conducted in a design built fashion with Spartan Electric, the electrical contractor for the project.

First Baptist 17th & O Apartments
New construction of 252 apartments downtown DC. The HVAC consists of high efficiency variable flow refrigerant systems. Includes underground parking garage and green roof. Project under design.

New construction of 153 apartments downtown DC. The HVAC consists of high efficiency variable flow refrigerant systems. Includes underground parking garage and green roof. Project under design.

231 Carroll St Apartments
New construction for a 72 apartment building in Takoma Park. The building will include retail space at the ground floor and one level of parking garage. Project is currently under design.
